Jana Kogen

Jana Kogen is a highly respected talent agent with over 20 years experience in the entertainment industry specializing in child and young adult talent.

Jana was Head of Young Talent Theatrical division at Innovative Artists (NY) for 10 years.

Prior to that she was a young talent agent at Jordan, Gill & Dornbaum (NY) and also worked

at J. Michael Bloom (NY), representing and scouting young talent. She has taught audition classes and workshops on how to get started in show business.

Jana has also been interviewed by Access Hollywood in a segment that focused on young talent in the entertainment industry.

Jana is personally responsible

for launching dozens of established actors in film, theater and television, and now, has focused her efforts on personal management for a select group of dedicated and talented performers.
